I really wanted to call the company First Virtual but, incredible as it may seem, it turns out there already is a First Virtual.
Over the years I've had the pleasure of working with a number of bright, talented people who without exception have approached their jobs with enthusiasm and fresh ideas. Needless to say at one time or another dull and arrogant management has systematically tried and drill mediocrity into their souls. They resist with wry humor and stubborn faith in themselves.
Second Virtual is a salute to these individuals. A company whose employees are it's only asset.
Second Virtual is chartered to provide employee status to individuals who have shown themselves to be dedicated to working with their fellow employees. It offers no benefits other than gratitude and appreciation.
