In order to participate in the Outing Club students must meet eligibility requirements. They must be in good standing according to the disciplinary policies of the school. In short, they cannot be on a disciplinary action plan within two weeks of the trip. Due to these requirements the Outing Club asks that parents and students sign a participant contract. It simply states that parents and students agree to the requirements and understand that the consequence for not meeting the mandates is loss of the trip. The good news is that every student who wants to go gets to go, they just need to be eligible. Students will be given a paper copy of the contract for proper signatures.

NOBLEBORO CENTRAL SCHOOL
OUTING CLUB
PARTICIPANT CONTRACT

I agree to abide by the Constitution of the Nobleboro Central School Outing Club. I have read the Constitution with my parents and understand the following:

Disciplinary eligibility

School and community service

Meeting attendance

Should I fail to abide by any part of the Constitution, then I understand that I lose trip eligibility. Furthermore, my parents have read the Constitution and have agreed to the requirements of Outing Club membership.

I/we also understand that unless specifically waived on the Outing Club trip (example: students may carry a knife and lighter) all school rules and expectations will be in force.
