ReCAP's GOALS
for its
Regional Cultural Center

The Regional Congress of African Peoples (ReCAP) wants to build a Regional Cultural Center, and it has high hopes for this new facility!

It hopes that this new complex will:

  • HELP BUILD A SENSE OF COMMUNITY: ReCAP wants to help develop mutual understanding, respect and cooperation among the people within a region of Africa by bringing the people together for activities, such as:
    • Educational Programs and Cultural Exchanges
    • Performing Arts Events
    • Concerts
    • Trade Shows
    • Athletic Events
  • HELP BUILD PRIDE: ReCAP wants to promote the human and physical resources of your Region by housing at least:
    • A Natural and Cultural History Museum
    • An Exhibition Hall for an annual Cultural Fair

That's a lot to expect from a building!. . .
(And it's your job to help them reach these goals.)

Therefore, you must figure out a design that will:

  • Celebrate the rich cultural diversity of your Region while it helps to build understanding and cooperation among many cultures.
  • Celebrate the rich bio-diversity of the Region while encouraging a balance between environmental and human needs.
  • Communicate and promote the Region's hopes for the future.
  • Honor the most outstanding human and/or physical resources of the Region.
  • And, more. . .
