We are a first grade class of nineteen students, one teacher, one part-time educational technician, a Reading Recovery teacher, and Title I Aides.

This year we are working on two major projects: the Morris Farm Land Trust, a community farm, located next door to our classroom and a schoolwide composting program.

Literacy learning is a major focus for students and faculty at Wiscasset Primary School. We have been involved with exploring and developing many features in literacy instruction.

This fall we studied all about bats. We'd like to share with you what we learned.
