Friends Are Forever is about a lion, a duck, a zebra, a giraffe, and a donkey. The lion thinks of all of them as friends. Each one wants to wear lion's new crown. Each one promises to give the lion something to pay back the favor, except for the duck who wants to give him his friendship. Lion won't let duck borrow his crown.

Shannon's favorite part was the poem at the end of the story.

Angela's favorite part was when lion dropped his crown in the river.

Vicky's favorite part was when zebra borrowed the crown.

Ashley liked it when the duck got lion's crown back for him. If you like books about friends, you should enjoy this book.
