Bread

Different kinds of bread are around the world. Different people like different kinds of bread. These are some of the kinds of bread they like: tortillas, pita, and cassava. Rice, pasta, and corn are in the same carbohydrate food group as bread. Bread makes you strong. Bread helps you grow. We tasted different kinds of bread and we put a Post-It note on a chart to show our favorite kind!

This is what we did at our Nutrition Fair. These are the steps:

1. Take a napkin and one piece of bread.

2. Sample and discuss each bread.

3. Write your favorite bread on a Post-It note.

4. Add your Post-It note to the bread chart.
