This fall Mrs. Ripley's homeroom class went to Norlands, a place where you learn about Colonial times. We decided to make a web site on such a fun experience. We experienced education in the one room schoolhouse. We wrote with quill pen and did math problems in our heads. We also learned about discipline rules for that time. The other experience we enjoyed was the country kitchen in which we baked a gingerbread and learned about utensils and tools used at that time. It was a very exciting adventure for all of us.
