Pluto is closer to the sun than Neptune really was. It takes Pluto 250 Earth years for Pluto to orbit the sun. Pluto is 0.18 in Earth size. It takes 6.4 days for Pluto to rotate. It's mass is 0.002 in Astronomical units. Pluto has 1 moon.

Pluto began only as a faint star. Clyde Tombaugh recognized that it was a distant planet by its movement from night to night. Pluto has snow and warm areas. It is 3,700,000,000 miles from the sun.
