Sarah's Embarassing Story!

When Sarah was a freshman in high school, she could not, I repeat not, play basketball! She could hardly dribble and she didn't know any of the rules. Well, anyway, one day the J.V coach came up to her and said, "Sarah, I know that you don't play basketball much, but we don't have enough girls on the team, and we really need you! I was just wondering if you wanted to play?" Well of course she said yes, because she thought that she could be a star or something like that. Boy was she wrong! At all of the games she never played much. She was mostly on the bench. On the last game,the very last game of the season she really blew it! Oh by the way, if they had won that game then they would have went on to the championship game and on from there but they didn't win. Oh no they didn't! Well at that game most of the girls had fouled out so Sarah had to go in. She thought she was a real big hot-shot now that she was in. Well, anyway a teammate passed her the ball, she shot and it went in. It was a really good shot too, the best that she had ever made, but the only problem was that it went into the other teams basket so Sarah had scored the winning basket for the other team. Her team was very mad at her! She was very embarrassed and ashamed that she had done that. Sarah Kane never played basketball for the rest of her life!
