Our letter is G. Mr. G has gooey gum. Even his hair and feet are made of gum!
We read Gregory the Terrible Eater. It's about a goat whose parents are upset because he only eats healthy food and goats are supposed to eat junk. We each wrote about a part of the story we liked.
We read the story The Three Billy Goats Gruff. We made puppets of the billy goats and the troll to act out the story.
We read a story from a book about Frog and Toad. The story was called "The Lost Button". We all made buttons afterward. First we went to the "bank" to get ten pennies. Then we went to the button factory to buy supplies to make our buttons. Then we made them. We are going to use our buttons for sorting activities. Some are big and some are little. Some are thick and some are thin. Some have two holes and some have four holes. Some are red, some are yellow, and some are blue. Some have glitter and some don't.
We acted out the Frog and Toad story of the lost button.
At the library we read The Mouse's Christmas. On each page we had to look for an elf.
In phys. ed. we worked with partners.
We like to have jobs in our classroom.
