Examples of Full Value Contracts
The following three commitments form the backbone of any Full
Value Contract:
* Agreement to work together as a group and to work toward
individual and group goals.
*Agreement to adhere to certain safety and group behavior
guidelines.
* Agreement to give and receive feedback, both positive and
negative, and to work toward changing behavior when it is
appropriate.

2. I will behave in a way that keeps myself and others safe.
3. Agreement to give and receive feedback and work toward
changing my behavior when needed.
4. Agreement to work together towards individual and group goals.

Tenets of the Full Value Contract
Be here. Be present mentally, physically, emotionally.
Be Safe. Create a level of safety so that people are able to
relax and feel comfortable.
Speak the truth. Share your thoughts openly and honestly.
Pay attention. Listen to what others say and focus on their
ideas. Minimize distractions.
Be open to outcomes. Try not to prejudge what is happening.
Recognize your preconceived notions about what you will learn or
experience.
