The DB-Link is a national informational clearinghouse on children with deafblindness. It allows the user to access fact sheets on topics related to deafblindness. The DB-Link also contains a database of bibliographies including topics such as: assessment, early intervention, communication, and education of persons with deafblindness. The user can be linked to other online resources such as: (a) Internet Resources for Special Children (IRSC); (b) National Rehabilitation Information Center (NARIC); (c) the American Foundation for the Blind (AFB); and (d) the Deafblindness Web Resources Page.

This site originates in the United Kingdom, but links to other countries including the U.S.A. It has definitions of terminology related to deafblindness and information on the causes of deafblindness. The site links to service providers available in the USA and other countries. A bibliography of deafblind-related publications is available to the user. The Deafblindness Web Resources page presents a list of assistive devices with a brief description for the user to access. The site also provides WWW (World Wide Web) access to persons who are deafblind.
