It contains an international and national directory that contains news information, a bulletin board, an e-mail directory, resources, and organizations that are deaf related for the country specified. Another section provides sociocultural resources either at an international or national level. Within this site, the user may access a search option, a list of products/services available, a discussion forum, and a site called Deaf CyberKids that is focused on pen pals, literature, and other resources for children that are deaf. The DWW also has a glossary of deaf related terms and a guide to facilitate use of this site.

The Deaf Resource Library focuses on the deaf community in the U.S.A. and Japan. It contains a bibliography of publications about the deaf culture and its history. Another section contains resources for the deaf community. Info to Go, formerly the National Information Center on Deafness, is a centralized source of accurate, up-to-date, objective information on topics dealing with deafness and hearing loss in the age group of 0-21. Info to Go responds to a wide range of questions received from the general public, deaf and hard of hearing people, their families, and professionals who work with them. Info to Go collects, develops, and disseminates information on deafness, hearing loss, and services and programs related to children with hearing loss from birth to age 21.
National Information Center on Deafness (NICD) http://www.gallaudet.edu:80/~nicd/The National Information Center on Deafness (NICD) is a centralized source of information on topics dealing with deafness and hearing loss. NICD disseminates information on services and programs related to people with hearing loss. NCID also links to state-wide services and national organizations. The user may obtain publications related to assistive technology devices, careers and employment, communication, education, Gallaudet University, health issues, legal issues, parent issues, and professional issues. The site also links to Deaf World Web, Gallaudet Research Institute, and Karen Nakamura's Deaf Library.
