The Letter We Received

When we received the letter from Hodding Carter it said, "Thank
you very much." It also said, "We do not blame Maine for the deaths
of the dogs." Lisa (Hodding's wife) said that she visited Maine as a
child. They also said, "That they liked the book, Shiloh, that
we sent them." They sent a picture of Huck and Willa and a postcard
saying Huck was awarded Honorary Sheriff. They invited us to come see
the Viking ship on April 18,1997. We saw it and we liked the ship
very much! This visit made many new adventures for us.
